Apple just announced its new iPad mini 3, with 16GB WiFi models priced at $399. 64GB and 128GB models will cost $499 and $599, respectively, while LTE adds $130 to each tablet. It's similar in features to the outgoing iPad mini 2 but adds a Touch ID fingerprint sensor. They're available for purchase beginning October 17 and will ship the following week.
