Download the app from the regular play store link.
Register!
Then you will get an email saying "Your free trial will expire on: xx Jun 2013" but right after you will get another email saying "Your Cerberus license has been activated for free!"

People who have already done the trial are having problems getting it. You might need to get it on a secondary email and add it to your primary device.

While registering try going over 3G/4G(Mobile Data), wifi didn't work for me for some strange reason.
