They seem to have lost their mind and are giving away a $10 PayPal statement credit simply for signing up at the kiosk. Valid for existing and new accounts. They will require your phone number to attach to your PayPal account to activate the in-store payment feature they are promoting. Also if you use the new payment feature at one of the stores they are advertising and bring back your receipt, they'll give you another $10 statement credit.
