You are then taken to "FiOS Fast PASS" Save my Order. Put in your email addy. Click on "Get a FiOS Fast Pass" (which is basically a shopping cart)
NOTE: I left the checkmark ON for marketing, knowing I can opt out later.
After you click, you'll see the screen "Your Order has been saved. That's it!
Supposedly, you get $5 Amazon GC via email, and every thousandth person gets a $100 Amazon .
