Today, Apple announced its new Apple EarPods for $29 plus $4 for shipping. These redesigned earbud-style headphones purport to direct sound into the ear canal to offer richer sound. They also feature the 3-button in-line remote with microphone to adjust the volume, control playback of music and video, and answer or end calls.
