Go to the CVS Facebook page and click on the “Vote to Win” tab to cast your vote on your favorite CVS gift card design (I chose the chocolate lovers design). After doing so, you will be able to enter the contest where a total of $5,000 in prizes will be given away! Ten contestants each week will win a $100 CVS gift card AND 4 Grand Prize winners will get $500 worth of CVS gift cards!
