Pinterest- It's What's for Dinner!

If you're on Pinterest, chances are you probably have a board labeled recipes. Am I right? Have you ever made anything from your recipe board? Was it as good as you expected or maybe a total flop? My recipe board has about 95 pins in it, I haven't made that many of them but did get up the nerve to try 3 new recipes last week.
I used corn tortillas for this recipe so if would be gluten free for my daughter. I also just added the extras that my family liked. All in all they were really good and I will be making them again.
I made this Friday evening. I did halve the recipe because my kids don't eat soup just yet. It was super easy to get it all together and throw it in the crock pot. I don't have an immersion blender and I didn't want to mess with my regular blender so I used a hand mixer. There were a few splatters but I got it the consistency I wanted. I love potato soup and this recipe was really yummy. We had it for lunch the next day and I was even able to freeze some for a meal later in the month!
I used Hillshire Farms deli roast beef and provolone cheese. I didn't add anything to the crescents before baking and I baked them a little longer than the recipe stated (about 20 minutes). You know how fast/slow your oven cooks! I bought a packet of au jus sauce from the grocery store and followed the directions. Loved these!
Have you tried any new recipes lately? I'd love to hear about them.
