There is a new offer up on the Target sample spot for a Spring beauty bag full of samples and coupons, but this year instead of just requesting one you have to enter a special code.  There is not a lot of information on the Sample Spot, but it does appear that the code will be at the bottom of your receipt during the month of March if you make an eligible purchase.
