There is a new NYC Coupon  for $1 off cosmetics priced at $1.99 or more.Now the coupon says redeem at CVS but it is a manufacturer coupon that you can use anywhere. However, some stores may not take it since it shows CVS on the coupon. I have yet to see these at my local CVS but I am going there again tomorrow so I will check again.  The liners and nail polish typically are priced around $1.99 at most stores. You can also check Target but usually they have these items on sale for $1.72 so you actually have to wait for the items not to be on sale to buy. Regardless this is a great coupon and it probably will not last long. Go HERE to print.
