Walgreen's has Chapstick on sale this week for $.99. When you walk in grab the February coupon booklet, page 29 has a coupon for $1 off Chapstick. Making them free after coupon except for sales tax.
Note: You can use the one coupon to purchase as many as you want. (I bought 40 earlier today. The coupon scanned fine. )
