You may have remembered that earlier in the year I entered my mom's meatloaf recipe in a Frito-Lay Tastes of Home Contest. The recipe is here. I didn't win the contest but got some goodies for myself and one of my readers from Frito-Lay. Frito-Lay compiled an e-cookbook of those that entered the contest. You can check it out here .
