This offer is available at the eBay Bucks website through Trialpay. Same process as Netflix and eMusic.

a) Login to eBay
b) Go to the eBay Bucks section
c) Click on 'See more offers'
d) Find the Lumosity.com 14 day free trial

You will need to enter a credit card (I used a VCC) but it won't be charged if you cancel the trial within 14 days. Cancel link available upon log in at lumosity (see pic).
