It's only one per address, but it's free. I've used some of their chips before, they aren't as nice as a Paulson, but an upgrade over anything you'd find in a dept store. When you request the sample, you'll obviously get put on their mailing list. I'm sure you can opt out, but if it's something you are interested in, they don't send out a lot of emails. I get one email a month from them at most, probably less than 10 a year ( i've never actually counted, but you get the idea)
