Released back in April, the T-Mobile G2x was given a PCMag Editors' Choice award and named T-Mobile's best Android phone by PCMag's lead mobile analyst, Sascha Segan. He also called it the best Android smartphone in America. According to Segan, the phone "gets things right by keeping them simple." And this smooth, fast, and elegant G2x is on sale right now for $99.99 from Cellhub.com. The phone will cost you $449.99 without a contract, but Cellhub is offering it for $149.99 minus $50 with a new two-year contract.

The site is also offering free activation up until September 18 and free shipping. Normally, you can get the phone for $149.99 from T-Mobile, but that's after those annoying mail-in-rebates.

The phone features an NVIDIA Tegra 2 Dual-Core 1GHz processor, a 4-inch LCD, runs Android 2.2 and is upgradable to Android 2.3, has 8GB of built-in-storage which is expandable via microSD, and 512MB of RAM. It also boasts a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, and an 8-megapixel rear facing camera that offers photos and video. Segan said it has excellent media features including 1080p HDMI mirroring.

At the time of its release, the phone was the "fastest, smoothest Android smartphone available." You can read the full T-Mobile G2x review for more details. Check out LogicBuy for more details on the G2x deal.
