The Coca-Cola Ahh Giver app lets you send one of two personalized messages along with a 99-cent coupon good on a 14- 16- or 20-ounce bottle of soda. Pick from the "Polar-Pick-Me-Up," with tidings from the virtual bear or choose an imaginative greeting from the inventor of Coke with "Dr. John Pemberton's Woe Remedies." That message offers to cheer a pal on everything from cell-phone problems to love troubles. (Coming soon is the "Birthday Wisher.")

After you send it, your pal will get an animated greeting posted to their wall in which the Dr. Pemberton's or the polar bear "translates" your written message and then gives the option to print the coupon at the end.
