Tip of the Day: Gardening? Grab Some Old Socks

To protect your arms from small cuts and thorn punctures while gardening slip a pair of old socks, that you have cut the foot out of, over your arms while you garden. Your arms will be safe and also clean. If you have a long-sleeved shirt on, put the socks over it to keep that clean too.
