Tip of the Day: End Cloudy Iced Tea

The lazy, hazy days of Summer may be here but your fresh brewed iced tea shouldn't be cloudy! To keep your efforts crystal clear let your brew cool at room temperature before storing in the fridge. The reason tea gets cloudy when refrigerated too soon is the tannins separate and give a fuzzy appearance.
