Best Buy is one of the many stores that has the Xbox One S 500 GB console bundles for $250 today. They also have $30 off controllers, so you can get an extra controller for $30 (white, black, or blue!). Visa Checkout takes another $25 off, so you get: $250 (console bundle) + $30 (2nd controller) - $25 (use Visa Checkout) = $255 plus tax.

The Xbox One S 500GB bundles are the Minecraft and Battlefield ones, but there are other options including the older Xbox One consoles.
