Google’s Project Fi is pretty awesome. Google gives a free SIM card and charges $20/month for unlimited calling and texting. Data is $10/GB and is pro-rated based on exactly the number of MB used, so if you use 100MB you’ll be charged $1. It uses Sprint and T-Mobile towers for service.
