I finally got to place an order after failing for a couple of days. While they claim that the free shipping offer can be combined with other offers, in reality you need to use the offer on their site. I had a 50% off any order code on Monday that I received via email. But when I tried to use it with the free shipping offer, the site would not take it and would only offer free shipping when I used the 45% off code on their site that day.
