I have managed to get Target 's 15% coupon code for creating a registry in 3-6 hours rather than the regular wait time of 14 days.

Here are the steps I followed and I hope it works with everyone to use it with the current 15% site wide sale.

1- Create a college registry list.
2- Select the event date to be 1-2 days from today.
3- Add few items to the list.
4- Check the offers page of the registry, it should say that the code will be sent in 1 day.

I received my code by email after 3-6 hours from the time I created the registry list, and I was successful to talk to Target Customer Support representatives to manually add it to my order today and I received a total of 30%+ off.
