This looks to be a new item as of last month. Similar to the always on-sale Torx Bit Socket Set, this "was" $99.99 and is now $29.99.
The 3/8 wobble set is $10 by itself, w/ $5 back in points right now. So using that to judge the total value of the set, it is well worth my surprise points.
Actually it will be worth its weight in gold/silver/seeds (bullion thread) on an upcoming project.
