Since this is a clearance item, YMMV with regard to pricing or finding it in stock, but stores in the North Dallas area have quite a few in stock.
Since it isn't offered online, I can't put a link for it from Target.com , but there are eBay sellers offering the same item for about $10 plus shipping.
Seems like people bought up a lot of them from Target and are now trying to make a big profit.Ebay Example
