Meijer Stores have Buy One Get One 50% Off all Star Wars toys. Plus with the MPerks app, you can get an ADDITIONAL 10% off on one purchase (the entire purchase, but once you use it, it's done).
This is a TWO DAY sale, ending 10/1. It is in-store only. Meijer is mainly a Midwest chain. To see if you have a store near you, check here:

Their SW Hot Wheels cars are $3.99 each and basic figures are $7.99 each before savings, so basically the same as Target and WalMart . I did not see any 6" at my store, but they do carry them. I didn't think to check if LEGO was included or not, but I can say that the price scanner will tell you if the item is included in the promo or not.
