HP Pavilion 23xw 23" IPS LED-Backlit Monitor for $118.79 shipped.  Here is a screenshot for reference.  It features a 1920 x 1080 resolution, IPS in-plane switching technology, and inputs for dual HDMI and VGA.  IPS panels tend to be much more expensive and produce better colors and viewing angles.  Most places have it for over $150.
