Corel VideoStudio Ultimate X9 for $14.99 (includes free bonus NewBlue Film Effects collection). This is for the FULL version (not just upgrade). Not sure if this is mistake or promo for the new version, but is a very good deal. I have used every version since X4, and have found that it is very useful for most of my video editing needs.
