For those in western Pennsylvania, WV, and eastern Ohio, Giant Eagle is offering .29 fuel perks per $50 spent on gift cards. I'm not sure of any limitations or exclusions. For those able to max out with 30 gallon fill ups, this comes out to a 17.4% discount on the gift cards.

Today (leap day) only. This will stack nicely with other leap day promos.
