Clearance my local HD, supertite powder waterproofer, white. UPC 037438013517. $4.00, this is a Portland cement based mix, good for painting concrete, and concrete block, also used below grade. I never put much faith in this stuff being waterproof but at this price it does brighten up raw concrete basement walls, use as a paint!
There was other associated products in same area, latex additive which I didn't buy because the original product states it already has additives, but might be useful in other areas, if so, please let me know.
Oh and hydraulic cement, all products are from same manufacturer.
