You can buy the standard uPlay key version of Assassins Creed Syndicate + DLC [cdkeys.com] (NO Season Pass) for $23.99 at cdkeys. You can then buy the uPlay Season Pass at Ubisoft for $17.99. These two together make up what is included in the Gold Edition for a total of $41.98 which is cheaper than buying AC Syndicate Gold Edition (ACS + DLC + Season Pass) from anywhere.

Lowest price comparisons for AC Syndicate Gold Edition:
Frys.com has it for $59.99
Walmart has it for $79.00
Best Buy has it for $89.99

Here's what you will need to do:
1) Purchase ACS + DLC from cdkeys
2) If you don't have uPlay client already installed for other games, go to uPlay and download uPlay client (62.9 MB) from Ubisoft and create an account
3) Add the ACS Key from cdkeys
4) Purchase the uPlay Season Pass using your account
5) The Season Pass content will be added in uPlay
6) Download (approx 21 GB) and Enjoy!

If you just need the Season Pass:
I've been watching for the prices for the Ubisoft AC: Syndicate Season Pass to drop. I got a free key for ACS with an SSD drive. I'm sure many of you got it as well, or with an nVidia card. These "free" keys were the standard version without the DLC or Season Pass, but were for uPlay/Ubisoft. Steam has had the Season Pass it on sale for $17.99 for the last few days, but it can't be used with a uPlay key. Ubisoft just put theirs on sale for $17.99. So whichever standard version you own, you can now add the Season Pass.

The Assassin's Creed Syndicate Season Pass secures you access to a variety of additional content and exclusive perks:

* The Jack The Ripper expansion: track London's most famous serial killer
* The exclusive A Long Night mission
* Two top-tier sets of gear and weapons
* The Last Maharaja mission pack
* A permanent XP boost
* 500 Helix Credits to purchase additional in-game content
* The Streets of London gameplay pack

Be sure to pick the correct Season Pass for your version. Currently, the download size will be 16.5 GB after adding the Season Pass to your standard ACS installation (uPlay adds it to your account; Steam you will need to add the key).
