I was poking around on a DVD deal site and saw this full series of the Flintstones for only $37.99 on Amazon :

For some reason the Camel is still showing it as $77.49 but it does show the lowest price ever is $54.99 so now this is the lowest yet:

Six Seasons - 166 Episodes on 24 DVDs - run time 4,258 min.
It also comes in a unique "prehistoric TV set" looking box.

The individual seasons are currently priced at $16 to $28 on Amazon .
The only issue I see with this set is some people complained that the cardboard sleeves were tight and could scratch the DVDs.
It also sounds like some of the DVDs are two sided because there are 24 discs in this set where if you order all individual seasons I believe it is 36.
I guess this set is not for the Perfectionist fan of the series, however I was willing to make the compromise due to the low price.

The set is currently $83.09 at WalMart as well so this seems like a decent deal.

I have prime so even though I had to pay tax, the free shipping has it to me before Christmas.
