Meijer has a digital Mperks coupon that you get $15 off if you buy 2 MasterCard gift cards ($25 minimum per card).
So buy 2x$25+2x$3.95(card fee)-$15(coupon)=$42.90 so about 14% off.
You need to have a Mperks account and clip that coupon. It is one per account, expires 12/12/2015.

​There is a little catch with MasterCard, or at least this particularedition of the MasterCard, that there will be a $2 fee after 12 consecutive months of inactivity.
