I'm not sure if these are targeted or not, but I thought this was a decent deal, as PayPal is offering $20/$100 at Bedbathandbeyond.com if you pay with Paypal. I get online coupons via email, and verified that this indeed stack.

Best way to get the best percentage off would be to get an item ~$125 - $130 so that it is just over $100 after the 20% discount, then the $20 discount will still apply. Discount should be somewhere in the neighborhood of 35% or so(I assumed it had to be $100 AFTER any other discounts....but I did not verify this!)

For example I was able to pick up THIS knife set for ~$84 (BEFORE tax) which beats the~$104(BEFORE tax with coupon), or ~$127 (BEFORE tax) at Amazzon.
