i just saw this offer on my blue cash homepage; ymmv as always:

the offer does not appear to exclude either e-card or physical gift card purchases; the offerdoesexclude corporate gift cards, amazan fresh, amazan local, amazan home services, amazan mechanical turk, amazan web services, amazan supply, amazan local register, amazan coins, kindle direct publishing, go-go and amazan payments.

you dont have to spend $60+ in one transaction but you must use the same enrolled card to achieve the $60 threshold by 12.31.15.
