It's the usual offer, buy a $50 GC (online or in-restaurant) and get $15 coupon for Jan-Feb. Buy $25 GC and get $5 coupon. We used to do this by buying the GC when we sat down, then paying for that meal with the GC. Sometimes (if a larger group) we could burn the entire GC.

Note the coupon is just a coupon (not a GC), valid only Jan 2/16-Mar 1/16 and officially can't be combined with other coupons (they've been pretty lenient in the past). Also single-use only on the bonus coupon.

Right now it's $1.95 shipping for a standard plastic card, free shipping for an eCard (or free pickup of plastic card in-restaurant). They usually seem to have a limited-time promo of free shipping closer to Christmas. We prefer the physical cards for two reasons: (1) they're harder to lose, (2) the printed eCard requires the server to have a manager's override when you use them, but the physical cards can be run through by the server alone (based on experience last year). When they're really busy that can make a difference.

Buying a RT GC elsewhere (e.g. supermarket or WalMart ) does not earn the bonus.
