Starting Nov. 8th, ALDI (at least the NJ stores) are selling a 24-pack of their house brand ActivEnergy alkaline batteries for $2.99 (12.5 cents/each). It's a "special buy", so I don't know if they will restock after their initial shipment. I'll try them out in LED flashlights and wireless mice. The woman behind me in line said she likes them and uses them in her kid's toys. The pack I bought says made in China and has an expiration date of Aug. 2025. ALDI double guarantees their products - replace the product and refund your money.
