Amazon .com has the AMD Athlon X4 860K Black Edition Quad Core FM2+ (Boxed ) CPU for $59.00 shipped today. It was $74.99 not long ago. I have one of these and it makes for a great budget build about comparable to the Intel G3258 (though the Intel CPU is only dual core not quad core, some would argue single core performance is better than the 860K). This CPU can be over clocked and doesn't need an expensive board to do so (as with the Intel G3258). Anyhow, a great price for a quad core, and it's less expensive than the G3258.
