There is conflicting information from Sprint regarding the future of contract plans, those eligible for upgrades should not wait too long to pull the trigger.

Looks like Target is attempting to clear out their remaining S5 inventory, appears to be available only in white, not an issue if you plan to change the case.

S5 has been as low as $1 at Worstbuy, currently $99, local stock (in San Diego / SoCal) is very low, our only practical option was to order one online.

S6 does not appear to be substantially better than the S5; if anything, the S5 is preferred as it is the last model with a memory card slot.
