Costco is offering the NEW iPhone 6s for $649.99. Plus, use the $100 mail-in-rebate here for $100 back on your order. Valid until 9/24/15.


To receive a Costco Cash Card, the following requirements must be met:

1. Pre-Order a qualified T-Mobile device on a Simple Choice Plan w/ an EIP agreement.  IPhone 6s and IPhone 6s Plus: $100 Costco Cash Card Offer
2. T-Mobile Pre-Order IPhone 6s and IPhone 6s Plus between 09/12/2015-09/24/2015.
3. Complete this certificate and mail along with a photocopy of your T-Mobile Pre-Order Confirmation Receipt and Wireless Agreement to:
