Apple just announced its new iPad mini 4 with configurations starting at $399. This new iteration of the mini now features the same internals as the iPad Air 2, just in a smaller case. That means this new model will sport the A8x processor, up from the A7 chip from the previous model, and a larger 8-megapixel camera.
