Surefire x300 Ultra $182.09 on Amazon for Prime members

Amazon has the Surefire X300 Ultra weapon light in black for $182.09 for Prime members.
Surefire Website has the light for $299.00
CamelCamelCamel shows the price has been above $220 for a year and the only time this light was less expensive was in December, 2013.
The price on the X300 may be this low because of the release of the Surefire XC1 , which is substantially smaller and designed for concealed carry. However, the XC1 is 200 lumens whereas the X300 is 500 lumens.
For those curious, Surefire reviews are much higher than those of Streamlight.
I've never seen the Prime restriction before, but Amazon says this price is only available for Prime members.
