I got it in 'Fair' condition with accessories, and the $5 off 'cowboom5' code worked, so $102 shipped for me. So of course you have to wait for a pre-owned one to come in stock.
YMMV because the next one available is $147 so $142 but keep your eye on it I guess, hope you get one.
B&H Photo has it for $140 new which seems like a pretty good price. My Gear S has issues so I'm going to try this one. I'll leave the Samsung /Google/Tizen/Android Wear debate for another forum.
