My Canon Pixma MFP died recently and I spent the first few hours today comparing, shopping, searching and reading reviews.

I usually wouldn't consider Staples to the most likely to have rock-bottom prices, but they do show this printer to be regularly $399 - I'm guessing this is 'list price' just for effect.

Regardless, Amazon is showing the same printer currently for $219 and many places show a similar model (460FW) for $249, for example, New_Egg so I don't know if it's been superseded or just not that popular of a model.

Regardless, I thought I would post it for those that could wait for an on-line order - I needed to pickup something today and get this installed, so I went with something else.
