to make the Amex offer even sweeter, Target is having=14pxFREE $5 Target GIFTCARD when you buy any two dinner or movie gift cards. I bought 4 $25 GC for Darden resturants using my Amex and got 2 $5 Target GC so the math

$100 - $30(from Amex) -$10(2 Target GC) =$60

I did this twice and already got my emails from Amex confirming my 2 - $30 credit
