The iTunes App Store offers Photo fx for iPhone for free. That's $3 off list and the first time it's been free since late 2012. It adds a variety of filters and effects to your photos.

Also available is Photo fx Ultra for iPad for free. That's $5 off and the first time this app has been free in nearly three years. Similar to the above app, it offers more features and editing tools.
