Just saw where there's a 25% off the Sensi wifi thermostat. Very easy to install and very high reviews. Many say it works better than the Nest. I just bought my first home and it had gas forced air and an ac unit. The thermometer is ancient so hope it will save me some on the bills. Also check the Emerson website for rebates from your utilities companies in your area for installing this. Mine has a $50 and $20 rebate from gas and electric so I have the potential of only paying $17.54 for this thing. deal!!
