Tip of the Day: Ink Stains Disappear with Hand Sanitizer

If you get an ink spot on your shirt or other fabric, saturate the stain with a hand sanitizer that is made with ethyl or isopropyl alcohol. This will break down the stain. Then blot with a cloth until the stain disappears. Rinse with cold water and launder as usual.
