YMMV as usual with these. Sams Club does sell gift cards, often at a 10-20% discount. If you aren't a member they will tack 10% on to the price of the gift card (or whatever you buy).

Offer excludes phone orders, Sams Club Pickup program orders that are paid for in Club, Sams Club online photo purchases, Sams Club prescription drug purchases, Sams Club travel offers, Sams Club Payroll Services, Samsclubauto.com, Samsclubstationery.com, Samsclubchecks.com, Samsclubcontacts.com. If you order an item during the offer period but it is not sent until after 9/30/2015, it may not count towards determining whether the purchase qualifies for the offer. Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 9/30/2015, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.
