This includes the base game and all its DLC packs, and has replaced all Games for Windows Live functionality with Steamworks. Plus, existing owners of Dirt 3 on Steam will be upgraded to the Complete Edition for free. (It will be a new listing in your Library.) Deal ends April 8.

Of note, Green Man Gaming offers Steam downloads of Dirt 3 for $19.50 via coupon code "SAVE22-OVERHO-LIDAYS", but it's unclear if these keys will be upgraded to the Complete Edition upon activation.
