HP Pavilion 27xi 27" IPS LED-Backlit Monitor for $179.99 shipped.  Here is a screenshot for reference.  It features a 1920 x 1080 resolution, IPS in-plane switching technology, and inputs for HDMI, DVI, and VGA.  IPS panels tend to be much more expensive and produce better colors and viewing angles.  Most places have this 27" IPS monitor for about $219.
