For whatever reason there always seems to be great deals on dress shoes post-xmas. This year seems to be no exception.

For example, at Cole Haan they have 30% off a pretty good selection of sale items with free ground shipping (or faster with Shoprunner --free with many Amex cards). Cash Back doesn't appear to be available at FW, but I did find 2.5% at another site. If you have Amex check to see if you can get $50 off $200 (I did).

So I was able to get the following two pair of wife-approved dress kicks for under $170 total after-tax, coupon, etc:
